For the first time in months I remembered my friend Vee, hosts a “Note Card” party each month! With spring fever running rampantly through our house at the moment, I thought it would be fun to link up with some of my favorite shots of our roses from last summer. Considering all of my rose bushes were transplants from Alabama after we moved I was super excited at how well they produced!
These were some of the prettiest roses ever!
{Well, except for the ones in the Biltmore House rose gardens…. but who can compete?!}
So, here are my shots I would love to receive on a note card ….

My beautiful Yellow Rose of Texas …. these looked like candy roses they were so perfectly formed & dainty |
Already this season my rose bushes are filling out, ready to make a spectacle of themselves. I am so excited!
Hop on over to “A Haven for Vee” & see what’s on everyone else’s mind this week!
How lovely to see last summer's blooms and know that it won't be long before you'll be enjoying your roses again. They are all so beautiful and so unique that I can't select a favorite. Some have many petals, others a few, ordinarily I'd say yellow…hopeless…they're all great! (You're doing better than I am. I almost forgot this month myself!)

I can never get enough of lovely roses AND pink sparkly egg wreaths. Brilliant!!!
Now, please forgive me for not contacting you sooner. I feel like I am still in recovery mode from last week's spring break and hubby/kids 24/7.
But….your second comment was selected as the winner of my most recent giveaway. Please email me with your mailing address and I will send it off ASAP so I will quit eyeing the chocolate. 🙂

Roses always make nice note cards, everyone likes them and your specimens are gorgeous. I think I like the DA 'Strawberry Hill' the best, it looks like a peony.
